Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Where do you ship?
Shipping is Free for the US and Canada. We also ship to Europe, Australia, Asia and other parts of the world. A shipping fee will apply for International Orders.
How long does shipping take?
We have a US and Canadian warehouse. Orders within North America will generally take 3-7 working days to arrive. And International orders will usually take 7-14 days to arrive, if there are no delays.
How can I track my order?
Once an order is fulfilled from our warehouse a tracking link to be sent to the email provided on your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on all US and Canada orders within 30 days of purchase.
Currently we only only offer returns on International orders however you will be responsible for the return shipping label and any taxes and duties that may apply.
The items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Final sale items, insoles and cleaning kits are non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on worn shoes.
Shoes must be returned in original shoe box, including any paper stuffing or paper wrapping included in the original order. Shoes must be undamaged including any additional accessories provided such as laces, in unworn, unwashed, and brand new re-sellable condition free of dirt or any marks.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Please allow up to 7 to 14 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility.
After inspection, we’ll send your exchange or refund back to your original payment method.
Are returns free?
Once your return or exchange is approved. We will provide you a return label.
USA and CA - For exchanges and a store credit there is a $10 USD return shipping fee. Once we receive your exchange, we will ship your new items out free of charge.
Returns sent back for a refund will incur a $15 USD return shipping and restocking fee.
International - For international returns, you will be responsible to cover the full return shipping cost and any customs and duties that may apply.
When will I receive my refund?
If you have been approved for a refund. We will provide a return label to you. Once the shoes have arrived back at our warehouse please allow 7-14 days for our team to inspect the shoes to ensure they have not been worn and are in perfect condition. Then once approved, we will process your refund.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
How do I clean my products?
For general cleaning, we recommend using a soft cloth, mild soap, and warm water. Avoid machine washing unless the product page specifically states otherwise. We reccommend checking out the Nunorm Cleaning Kit, which contains a cleaning spray, water resistance spray and brush.
Are your products water-resistant?
The upper shoe material on Nunorm Classic is water-resistant.
